Ready to start training?
You can expect to…
Be involved in different interactive activities such as: punching combos on glove pads, partner work, dumb bell exercises, strength/cardio workouts, shadow boxing tech work, fun fitness games, abdominal/core workouts and circuit training. So wear comfortable clothes and trainers.
The workout sessions are designed to use the entire body, therefore you can burn more calories and you gain more in an hour than using a gym*.
The Session Layout:
The classes begin with a 10-15 min warm up.
Following the warm up is the main session activity 30-45min, then a circuit body workout before stretching off.
There may also be a variety of up-tempo music played.
