Some Feedback from our workout class:  

Having not done any exercise for nearly a year due to having a baby. When I found out that there was an AboveBoxing class running in my area,   I thought I would give it a go, but I was a bit nervous as it was my first time hearing of it. I wasn’t sure it would be for me or if I would be able to keep up.

However, the session was really good, the trainers put me at ease and thier enthusiasm kept me going!!!

I have to say I had my doubts at first but I would say that this is one of the best ways of keeping fit that  I have ever experienced!

 

It’s so much fun, it sometimes doesn’t feel like your exercising.

I now look forward to the classes and get annoyed when I am unable to attend.

I think the saying “No pain no gain” is a perfect way to describe these classes but it is done in such a fun way, with an instructor that is there to support and motivate you every step of the way.
